Orthopedic Trauma Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in WA
Located in Wenatchee, WA
Full-Time, Permanent
Hospital-Employed
Practice Overview:
- Full-time Orthopedic Trauma APP opportunity in Wenatchee, Washington
- Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Join an established Orthopedic Trauma team consisting of 2 surgeons and 3 APPs
- 4-day work week
- Mix of first assist, hospital-based care, and clinic responsibilities
- Collaborative and supportive team-based care environment
- Additional pay available for on-call shifts
- No telemedicine
- No visa sponsorship
- Integrated healthcare delivery system with two hospitals, outpatient clinics across rural communities, and more than 30 medical specialties
- Organization-wide team includes 300+ physicians and 170 advanced practice clinicians
- Strong focus on work-life balance, provider satisfaction, and reduced burnout
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
- Competitive yearly salary range: **$142,000 - $172,000**, based on years of experience
- Signing bonus
- Internal student loan repayment up to **$24,000**
- Relocation stipend of **$5,000** paid in first paycheck
- CME allowance of **$5,000** every two years
- Matching 401(k)
- Life insurance
- Long-term disability insurance
Job Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Orthopedic or trauma experience preferred
- Washington license or eligibility
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Team-oriented approach and interest in orthopedic trauma care
