**Anesthesiology Opportunity**
**Location: Abilene, TX**
**Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist**
• Practicing physicians and fellows are encouraged to apply
• Must be licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure
• Opportunity to practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius
• Join an established anesthesia network serving a large regional patient population
Compensation & Benefits
• Annual compensation guarantee of $627,470
• Incentive package valued at $123,000
• Three-year employment term
• Texas medical license fee reimbursement up to $2,000
• Malpractice coverage provided beginning on the first day of employment
o Policy limits of $1 million / $3 million
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $5,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package including:
o Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
o Life Insurance
o Critical Illness Coverage
o Short-Term Disability
o Long-Term Disability

Time Off
• 45 days of paid time off during Years 1 and 2
