We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Family Practice Physician who will work with the medical team to fulfill our mission to provide high quality, comprehensive and cost-effective healthcare responsive to the needs of the community we serve. **Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary Range: $278,512.00 - $313,467.71/year

**Qualifications**
- Valid California Physician's License
- Maintains an updated CPR certificate, valid California driver's license, and valid DEA license
- Board Certified or Board Qualified in Family Medicine, preferred.
- Ability to obtain/maintain hospital admitting privileges at local hospital.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

We provide high quality, comprehensive and cost-effective full scope primary care services to underserved low-income communities in the Monterey Bay area, including Santa Cruz County and Monterey Counties. Salud began in Watsonville in 1978 as a storefront “free clinic,” and with a growing need for health services, in 1992 became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Today we are a primary health care network with 11 clinic sites and over 400 employees.
