Full-time; permanent
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established urgent care team in West Burlington, IA. Work an average of 13–14 shifts per month with 24/7 board-certified EM physician support and a shift-based compensation model that puts you on equal footing from day one.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $140,000–$155,000
- $15,000 commencement bonus
