- Collaborative care team practice comprised of CRNAs, CAAs, and residents
- Shift based practice coverage model, predicable hours, no home call responsibility

- Level I Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
**Highlights**
- $50,000 start date bonus

- Challenging case mix including, general, trauma, ortho, ENT, podiatry, urology, plastics, and OB
