**Full-time Board Certified/Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist**

Community-based practice offering a supportive, relationship-focused environment with strong affiliations to regional academic medical centers
Opportunity to provide comprehensive cancer care while having access to academic resources, specialty expertise, and multidisciplinary support
Practice Highlights
• Established referral network with strong primary care and specialty relationships
Collaborative multidisciplinary team including:
o Oncology-certified nurses
o Oncology pharmacist
o Social work support
o Advanced Practice Providers
• Flexible call schedule designed to support work-life balance
• Low-volume call responsibilities, primarily involving telephone triage
• Access to academic tumor boards
• Subspecialty consultation and multidisciplinary care pathways
