Full-Time | Breast Surgery Focus | No General Surgery Call | J-1/H-1B Available
An established surgical group in central New York is seeking a General Surgeon with a dedicated focus in Breast Surgery to join a certified cancer treatment program.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time employed Breast Surgery opportunity
- General Surgeon role with a dedicated Breast Surgery focus
- Join an established surgical group of 15 surgeons and 6 APCs
- Certified cancer treatment program with regional diagnostic and treatment center support
- Practice at a 180-bed primary hospital with Level III Trauma Center designation
- Strong built-in referral base from 500+ network clinicians
- Full support staff, including PAs, surgical residents, and medical students
- State-of-the-art operating rooms with dedicated Xi da Vinci Surgical System
- No general surgery call required
- General surgeons share call coverage for Breast Surgery patients
- Some regional travel for patient care
- Group-employed model
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: **$355,000 - $382,698**
- Performance-based compensation with no earnings cap
- Strong first-year upside potential
- Sign-on bonus up to **$100,000**

Candidate Requirements:
- MD, DO, or MBBS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
- Breast Surgery experience or fellowship training preferred
- New York medical license or eligibility
- BLS certification required
- DEA required
- Interest in breast surgery, cancer care, and collaborative surgical practice
- Strong clinical, surgical, communication, and teamwork skills
