• 4 clinic days + 1 remote administrative day per week
• Established referral base with a strong mix of breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
• Balanced 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology practice
• Join a collaborative team of:
o 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians
o 2 APPs
• 1:4 inpatient call schedule with additional call compensation
• 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• Robust specialty support across 54 specialties, including:
o General Surgery
o ENT
o Urology
o Gynecology
o Pulmonology
o Gastroenterology
• Access to Mayo Clinic Care Network resources, including eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
• Physician-led organization offering autonomy, local decision-making, and a collegial practice environment
Comprehensive Cancer Center
• Comprehensive cancer program supported by a newly expanded cancer center
• Dedicated Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology services

Compensation & Benefits
• $550,000 guaranteed base salary + uncapped wRVU incentive
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
• 6 weeks paid time off
• $10,000 annual CME allowance
