Seeking a BE/BC physician to serve as Urgent Care Medical Director in Warsaw, IN. A primarily clinical role (90%) with 10% dedicated to administrative and leadership responsibilities. Lead a well-established urgent care and occupational health program serving both the community and local employers.

Practice Highlights
- Urgent care and occupational medicine service line
- On-site laboratory and digital X-ray
- 12 administrative hours per month for Medical Director duties
- Oversight of Advanced Practice Providers
- Workers' compensation care, DOT physicals and employer partnerships
- Quality improvement, chart reviews and clinical protocol development

Qualifications
- BE/BC in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Occupational Health
- NRCME and MRO certification required (hospital will assist in obtaining within first 90 days)
- Prior urgent care and occupational medicine experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
