**Pulmonology – Findlay, OH**
**BC/BE Pulmonary Medicine Physician **
• Specialty: Pulmonary Medicine
• Join an established Pulmonary & Critical Care team in a stable, well-supported practice.
• Independent, nonprofit health system with access to resources and collaboration through the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Opportunity Highlights
• General pulmonary outpatient practice with interventional pulmonary procedures
• 100% outpatient role with no call responsibilities
• Flexible full-time schedule: 4–5 days per week
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• 1.5 OR procedure block days per week, with flexibility for additional procedures
• Typical clinic volume of approximately 20 patients per day during an 8-hour day
• Established lung cancer screening program with approximately 600 active patients and opportunity for continued growth
• Hospital-based pulmonary clinic conveniently located adjacent to the ICU
• Cerner EMR with AI-powered tools
Interventional Pulmonary & Procedures
• Robotic bronchoscopy (ION)
• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
• Thoracentesis
• Chest tube placement
• Central venous catheter placement
• Ventilator management
• 2D and 3D fluoroscopy
Compensation & Benefits
• $500,000 guaranteed base salary
• Uncapped productivity incentive: $84/wRVU
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2)
• 5 weeks paid time off
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match
