- Split time between new-site location and cancer center
- Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, and blood cancers
- Support staff includes onsite RN supervisor and oncology certified or eligible RNs
- Shared call coverage with physician group
- $890,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years (WRVU tier plan after year two)
- $100,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
- $75,000 educational assistance, provided over a five-year term

- 3.5k + 40 hours annually for CME
