- Build and expand an Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy service line
- Strong referral base with immediate procedural demand
- On-site Endoscopy Suite with anesthesia support
- Capabilities to support advanced procedures such as: EUS, ERCP, EMR / ES, Stenting, Advanced luminal & biliary interventions
- Excellent relationship with the local hospital for complex cases
- Immediate practice decision-making input and meaningful clinical autonomy
- 1:6 shared call (office + ER), ensuring balanced workload
