**Position Highlights:**
- Part-time, 0.6 FTE urgent care opportunity
- 48 hours per bi-weekly pay period
- Outpatient urgent care setting
- Open to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
- Practice independently as part of a physician/advanced practice provider team
- Provide clinical care and comprehensive patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and conditions
- Order and interpret medical diagnostics
- Prescribe medications, treatments, therapy, and medical equipment
- Provide patient education for illness management and wellness care
- Refer patients for specialty care when appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Serve as a liaison with the Emergency Department and inpatient unit
- Participate in program development and initiatives to increase community access to care

**Schedule:**
- 0.6 FTE
- 48 hours per bi-weekly pay period
- Primarily evening shifts until 7pm
- One Saturday per month, 8am–2pm
- Urgent Care hours Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm
- Saturday hours, 8am–2pm
- Holiday hours, 8am–2pm

**Qualifications:**
- Physician candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school and have completed residency training
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, if applicable
- Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification in Wisconsin
- Must meet credentialing and privileging requirements
