**About the Position**
A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician is sought to join a regional community health center serving eastern Connecticut. This opportunity offers comprehensive outpatient primary care within a mission-driven organization focused on integrated, patient-centered care.

-Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
-Focus on continuity of care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education
-Serve patients of all ages within a collaborative primary care environment
-Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare model including medical, dental, and behavioral health services
-Option for a four-day work week

**Practice Setting**
-Regional community health center serving a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut
-Multiple clinical sites and community outreach programs

**Compensation and Benefits**
-Base salary starting at $225K+ depending on experience
-Bilingual stipend available for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency
