**About the Position**
A Family Medicine physician is sought to join a collegial outpatient practice within a large physician-led health system. This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance, minimal call, strong compensation, and practice support in a vibrant university community.

-Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs
-Outpatient-only Family Medicine practice
-Full-spectrum care for all ages
-No nights or weekends
-Monday–Friday schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
-Minimal phone-only call: 1:6 with triage nurse support
-Single clinic location adjacent to hospital
-Telehealth and virtual visit support available

-2-year income guarantee: $290,191 annually

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO
-Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
