**Family Medicine Opening in NY**
Located in Little Falls, NY
**Position Highlights:**
* Full-time, outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
* Join an established team consisting of a physician and nurse practitioner
* Traditional outpatient practice with no OB
* Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
* Generative AI scribes available to help reduce documentation burden
* Inbasket coverage program provides coverage during leave, vacation, or provider departures
* First-call system with NP/PA coverage for your patients
* Practice within an integrated health system serving an eight-county region
* Academic affiliation with a major medical school
* J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* $320,000–$347,000 base salary
* Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
* Residency stipend up to $45,000, available up to 18 months before graduation
* Uncapped physician incentive plan with additional earnings based on performance and productivity
* Federal and state loan repayment programs may be available
* $10,000 transition bonus
* CME time and allowance
* Paid vacation and holidays

**Qualifications:**
* MD, DO, or MBBS
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine residency
* Eligible for New York medical licensure
* BLS certification
* DEA registration
