**APP – Internal Medicine**
**Location: Stayton, OR**
Position Highlights
• Join a committed and collaborative healthcare team in a community-based, not-for-profit healthcare system.
• Opportunity available for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join an Internal Medicine primary care clinic.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, salary-based position.
• Internal Medicine clinic focused on adult primary care, including management of complex medical conditions and chronic diseases.
• Serve a diverse adult patient population with a broad range of healthcare needs.
• Work alongside physicians, medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and community health workers.
• Supportive and collegial environment focused on compassion, patient education, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, virtual care integration, and patient education programs.
• Community-focused healthcare system committed to providing high-quality care close to home.
Healthcare System
• Community-based, not-for-profit 40-bed acute-care hospital with multiple outpatient clinics.
Clinics include:
o Family Medicine
o Internal Medicine
o Cardiology
o General Surgery
o Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine
o Orthopedics
o Women’s Health
o Podiatry
• Multiple Rural Health-designated primary care clinics serving surrounding communities.
• Located in Stayton, Oregon, in the foothills of the Cascades.
• Convenient access to Oregon’s mountains, coastal beaches, wineries, and the Willamette Valley.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient population.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Participate in clinic-wide quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
• Utilize virtual care tools and other innovations to enhance patient access and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Active Oregon NP or PA license.
• Current DEA license.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive, market-based salary.
• wRVU production bonus opportunity.
• Hiring incentives, including sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• $3,000 annual CME stipend.
• 34 days of authorized time off annually, including vacation, sick time, holidays, personal time, and CME.
