**Maternal Fetal Medicine Opening in GA**
Located in Albany, Georgia
**About the Position**
A Maternal Fetal Medicine physician is sought to join a regional perinatal center serving Southwest Georgia. This opportunity offers a strong work-life balance, advanced maternal and neonatal support, and a collaborative women’s health environment.
-One of only 6 designated perinatal centers in Georgia
-No delivery responsibilities
-Clinic-based practice with inpatient consultation support
-Clinic schedule:
-Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
-Average patient volume: 20 per day
-Average daily census: 4–5
-Support from 2 APPs
-Call schedule: 1:2
**Practice Setting**
-Level III Neonatal Center designation
-Level III Maternal Center designation by Georgia Department of Public Health
-Baby-Friendly designated hospital
-Full-time OB/GYN hospitalist coverage
-Dedicated OB/GYN Emergency Department
-Regional NICU and perinatal referral center
-Collaborative multidisciplinary women’s health team
