We are seeking a compassionate and quality-driven Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our post-acute care team in Middletown, Delaware. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in an inpatient rehab facility, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
* After hours/night-time backup call
* Conduct comprehensive inpatient medical assessments, including history, physical exams, and review of rehabilitation goals
* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with the rehabilitation plan
* Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery goals
* Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
* Provide medical education to patients and families related to recovery, comorbidities, and prevention
* Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $249,849 - $295,818 annually and no cap on productivity income potential.

**Qualifications**
* Current physician license (State of Delaware) and DEA
* Experience in post-acute or acute clinic settings

* Ability to commute/relocate: Middletown, DE (required)
