**About the Position**
A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician is sought to join a Hospitalist team within Wisconsin’s largest nonprofit healthcare system. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong APP support, and an excellent work-life balance in a critical access hospital setting.

-Part-time hospitalist opportunity
-7 on / 7 off schedule
-6-hour shifts with flexibility in scheduling
-Responsibilities include admissions, rounding, discharges, and inpatient care management
-Average daily census of 10–12 patients
-Supportive team environment with 12 physicians and 11 APCs

**Practice Setting**
-25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving Berlin and surrounding communities
-Hospital-employed position within a large integrated health system
-Academic opportunities available
-Strong collaboration with emergency medicine, rehabilitation, and women’s health services
-24/7 Emergency Department staffed by Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians

-MD or DO
