**Family Medicine opening near San Diego, CA**
Located in Escondido, CA - San Diego 30m
We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established team in Escondido, California.
* Join 4 Physicians, 1 PA, MA’s, and LVN’s.
* Full Time (34 patient care hours)
* Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one half-day off each week.
* The position is designed around 4.5 patient-facing days per week maintaining 34 patient hours per week. If they are able to complete charting and other documentation during their scheduled patient hours, they will have the benefit of the weekly half-day off.
* Patients/shift - The average is 18-23 appts once up and running. 15min (follow-up) or 30 min (new patient or physical).
* Participate in call 2-4x per year for entire company. We have a nurse triage system so on average they will take 6 calls over weekend shift and 2 during a weeknight on-call shift. After-hours call pay is offered for the shift covered.
* Procedures - Group encourages procedures in office and tries to accommodate provider’s likes i.e., dermatology
* Board certification or board eligibility required
* We offer an Ambient scribe subscription-Dragon Co-pilot
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Base salary - Starting salary is $300k guarantee for the first 2 years. Then moves to a productivity model.
