**APP – Psychiatry**
**Located: Big Spring, TX**
• Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with psychiatric experience to join a collaborative Behavioral Health team in Big Spring, Texas.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, therapists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, medication management, and mental health resources.
• Utilize electronic medical records to ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care.
• Modern practice environment with experienced clinical and administrative support staff.
