**APP – Hospitalist (Nocturnist)**
**Located: Big Spring, TX**
• Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Hospital Medicine team as a Nocturnist in Big Spring, Texas.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized adult patients during overnight hours.
• Collaborate closely with Hospitalists, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary services to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate and manage admissions, cross-cover patients, respond to acute clinical changes, and assist with patient stabilization.
• Perform procedures within the scope of practice and participate in developing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize electronic medical records and work in a team-oriented environment focused on patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance while meeting the needs of overnight hospital coverage.
