**OB/GYN Opening in GA**
Located in Albany, Georgia
**About the Position**
An OB/GYN physician is sought to join a collaborative, hospital-employed women’s health team within a regional medical center. This opportunity offers a balanced OB/GYN mix, strong subspecialty support, and flexible scheduling options.
-Team includes 2 FMOBs, 1 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist, 3.5 Midwives, and 2 Nurse Practitioners
-Hospital-employed clinic located within walking distance of the hospital
-Approximately 60% OB / 40% GYN case mix
-Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options
-Strong collaborative coverage model supporting work-life balance
**Practice Setting**
-Level III NICU with full support services
-10 labor and delivery suites
-2 antepartum suites
-2 C-section suites
-24/7 OB hospitalist and anesthesia coverage
-On-site OB Emergency Center
-Support from midwives and hospitalists for deliveries and emergencies
**Clinical Highlights**
-Schedule includes approximately 1.5 OR days and 2.5 clinic days per week
-System-wide annual deliveries: ~2,389
-Clinic contributes approximately 300 deliveries annually
-Procedures may include:
-Laparoscopy
-Hysterectomy
-Endometrial ablation
-Myomectomy
-Hysteroscopy
-Colposcopy
-LEEP
-Urogynecology
-Opportunity to develop additional clinical interests
