Job Description
ICU Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) " Peoria, IL " $60.72"$78.94/hr
- Full-time, hospital-employed
- Inpatient critical care
Compensation
- $60.72"$78.94 per hour
- Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule
- Mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts
- Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
The Role
- Join a collaborative team of 6 critical care physicians and 3 APPs
- 24-bed ICU: a 12-bed CVICU and a 12-bed medical/surgical ICU
- Average census of 6"8 patients per shift, a mix of new admissions and established patients
- Handle admissions, H&Ps, daily management, consults, transfers, and discharge planning
- Bedside procedures with physician support, including arterial lines, central lines, dialysis catheters, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and airway support
- Structured, multi-month orientation with procedural training and progressive autonomy
- Strong physician presence plus dedicated nursing, RT, and pharmacy support
- Regional referral hospital serving Central Illinois

Requirements
- ACNP/AGACNP (MSN, acute care) or PA
- Current Illinois APRN or PA license
- Current national certification
- Critical care, acute care, EM, or hospital medicine experience preferred
- New grads with strong ICU training or rotations are encouraged to apply
- No visa sponsorship available
