**Pediatric Ophthalmology**
**Location: Abilene, TX**
• BC/BE Pediatric Ophthalmologist needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius.
• Practicing and experienced physicians, as well as residents, will be considered.
• Must be licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure.
• Employment with a private group is available.
• Practice Options: Employment or private practice
• Compensation: Attractive yearly salary of $392,710 in the first year, plus a lucrative incentive program.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $45,000, including relocation assistance.
• Training Stipend: Potential monthly stipend for up to 24 months.
• Practice Start-Up Loan: $30,000.
• Marketing: Marketing support to the community and surrounding region included.
• Professional Opportunity:
