**APP Psychiatry Opening in Rochester, NY**
Employed
We are seeking a Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider in Rochester, New York. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
- Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday – Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Estimated compensation range of $120,000-$160,000 with no cap on productivity income.

**Qualifications**
- Active, unrestricted New York license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
