A well-established primary care practice in Plaistow, New Hampshire is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team with a strong focus on quality care and work-life balance.

- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians considered
- 4-day clinical work week
- 32 clinical hours plus 8 administrative hours
- Average approximately 18 patients per day
- Diverse patient population ranging from young adults to elderly patients
- Join a team of 3 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners
- Minimal call coverage
- Team-based, patient-centered practice environment
- On-site laboratory and X-ray services
- On-site behavioral health support
- On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- On-site Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and Cardiology services
- In-office RN, MA, and administrative support
- Centralized support for calls, referrals, medication refills, and triage

Compensation and Benefits:

- Total cash compensation potential of more than **$300,000 annually** based on wRVU productivity and other performance metrics
- Sign-on bonus up to **$30,000**

Candidate Requirements:

- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- New Hampshire medical license or eligibility
- Family Medicine physicians may also be considered based on the stated practice need

- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills
