Full-Time | Hybrid | 3 Days In-Person / 2 Days Remote | Medical Weight Management
An academic healthcare network is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obesity Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive medical weight management and bariatric care in a multidisciplinary setting.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Obesity Medicine Physician opportunity
- Hybrid work model
- 3 days in-person and 2 days remote
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and medical management of obesity and related conditions
- Focus on evidence-based, non-surgical weight management
- Treatment approaches include nutrition, exercise, behavioral modification, and pharmacotherapy
- Provide peri-operative and post-operative management for bariatric surgery patients
- Collaborate closely with bariatric surgeons, psychologists, nutrition specialists, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced clinical resources and technology

- Academic healthcare environment with strong interdisciplinary support
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary range: **$260,000 - $275,000**
- Potential performance-based incentive compensation
- Productivity and quality bonus opportunities may be available

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, an Internal Medicine subspecialty, or Family Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obesity Medicine
- Expertise in the genetic, biological, environmental, social, and behavioral factors contributing to obesity
- Clinical competence in non-surgical obesity treatment
- Experience with pharmacologic weight management
- Comfortable providing peri-operative and post-operative bariatric care
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
