Locum Family Medicine Physician - $150/hr, 3-Month Outpatient Clinic (Mesa, AZ), No Nights/Weekends

Mesa, Arizona - outpatient primary care clinic in the East Valley (easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport).

Assignment Details

• Duration: 3 months (locum)
• Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
• Schedule: 40 hours/week; choice of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
• No nights or weekends
• Pay: $150/hour
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Local candidates only (must reside in Phoenix/East Valley area or within reasonable commuting distance)

Requirements

• Active Arizona medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active DEA registration
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine outpatient primary care: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Complete timely EMR documentation
