Full-Time | Emergency Department | Level IV Trauma | Independent Contractor
A community hospital in Stayton, Oregon is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Emergency Medicine team in a full-time independent contractor role.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Emergency Medicine APP opportunity
- Independent contractor arrangement
- Practice in a 24/7 Emergency Department
- Level IV Trauma facility
- Emergency Department sees approximately 15,000 patient visits annually
- Evaluate and manage a broad range of acute illnesses, injuries, and potentially life-threatening conditions
- Community-based acute care hospital environment
- Serve a regional patient population of more than 40,000 annually across hospital and clinic services
- Strong fit for an APP with Emergency Medicine, urgent care, acute care, or rural medicine experience
- Collaborative Emergency Department environment

Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Oregon NP or PA license
- Current DEA license
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Rural community medicine experience preferred
- Emergency Medicine, urgent care, acute care, or similar clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to evaluate and manage acute patient presentations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
