• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with flexible arrangements
• Full-time position with an average of 2 clinic days per week
• Rotating weeknight and weekend call for inpatient only at a 1:4 ratio
• Average outpatient volume of 5 - 6 patients per week
• Average inpatient volume of 6 patients per day
• Hospital-employed position with a well-established health system in Indiana
• Board-certified or board-eligible; fellowship-trained candidates welcomed
• DEA required; open to candidates currently working in a palliative care setting
