Per-Diem/Permanent Direct Primary Care APP Position - Denver, CO (2+ yrs of Primary Care Exp.) CPH# JOB-3416992

We are seeking a Direct Primary Care NP or PA to serve as the sole provider caring for patients of all ages. Candidates must have 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience.

This is a Per-Diem role following a Mon-Fri schedule. We are looking for confident, patient centered clinicians who can independently manage a diverse panel while delivering high quality, evidence based care.

• Permanent Per-Diem position
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Must have 2+ years of Family Primary Care experience
• Must be opted out of Medicare
• M-F: 4 days patient facing in office, 1 day for admin
• Holds or able to obtain a CO license
