• Days and nights available -- majority of need is for nights
• Night shift 7 pm - 7 am
• 100 - 115 patients per day over 24-hour period
• Hospital setting
• Physician and 2 APPs on night shift -- physician backup provided
• No procedures required -- rounding and admitting 3 - 5 per shift
• Ongoing coverage need
• ACLS and BLS certification required
