Role overview

• Deliver outpatient primary care in a collaborative, team-based setting
• Emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and improving patient outcomes

Clinical model & schedule

• Manageable patient panel: approximately 10-15 patients per day
• Extended appointment lengths: 20-60 minutes
• Dedicated clinical support team, including health coaches

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $211,369-$317,053

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency
• Current board certification (ABFM, ABIM, or AOA)
• Minimum 3 years primary care experience
• Current, unrestricted Alaska medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Negative TB test within 12 months before start date

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in team-based care environments
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Knowledge of medical coding/documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
