Thriving Practice near San Antonio

We are seeking an experienced, community-invested General Surgeon (BC/BE) to join a thriving practice in South Central Texas with close and easy access to Corpus Christi/San Antonio. This full-time position is designed for a surgeon who values professional autonomy and is comfortable managing a "broad scope" clinical workload, including gallbladders, hernias, EGDs, colonoscopies, and PEGS. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years experience and a desire to integrate into a tight-knit community.

Balanced weekly scheduletypically 3 days of clinic and 2 days of blocked OR timesupported by an established referral base and a collaborative call rotation (expected1:3, with potential for 1:2 for additional pay)..
Residency within a 20 30 minute radius is required to support the hospital's Level IV Trauma needs, with many physicians choosing to live in the historic ranching community of Kingsville or near the beautiful Texas coast..

Specialty Support: Surgeons are supported by Hospitalists, Tele-Pulmonology, and Tele-Critical Care..
