• Leadership track available with transition to Medical Director role
• Medical director option: 80 - 90% clinical and 10 - 20% administrative
• Broad-spectrum family medicine caring for patients from newborns through older adults
• Experience in rural health, FQHCs, and underserved populations highly valued
