Job Description
- 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- 2 - 3 weeks of coverage needed per month
- Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections required
- Epidural steroid, medial branch blocks, and RFA experience required
- SI joint, facet, and trigger-point injection skills required
- Ultrasound-guided procedures experience required
- Intrathecal pump experience preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
