- 24/7 inpatient call coverage -- no outpatient clinic
- Inpatient consults, ED consults, and transfers
- Inpatient hospital setting
- ERCP -- diagnostic and therapeutic required
- Upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, and liver biopsy required
- Sigmoidoscopy, esophageal dilatation, and small bowel biopsy required
- Sengstaken/Blakemore tube insertion and management required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
