A well-established, growing primary care group in Bakersfield is adding a Urgent Carephysician. The compressed schedule gives you four days off every week.
Practice Highlights
- Large primary care group expanding because of patient demand
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- About 20 patients per day
- Three providers on site each day for collaboration and support
- Patients of all ages
- Suturing and splinting skills required
Compensation & Benefits
- $285,000"$300,000 base, depending on experience
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- Annual production bonus based on performance
