• Flexible scheduling: 0.5 - 1.0 FTE with 6 - 12 twelve-hour shifts per month
• Primarily day coverage; 7 am - 7 pm shifts with minimal night needs
• Exceptional staffing ratio with physicians seeing fewer than 1 patient per hour
• Two physicians per shift with 24/7 physician coverage and 12-hour APC support
