• 10 hour day shifts -- no nights, no call
• 2+ shifts per week blocked together
• 18 - 20 patients per day, all pediatric
• Hospital setting
• General inpatient rounding with residents -- no OR or trauma
• Pre and post-operative care, medical advice, and follow up care
• Occasional outpatient visits -- G-tube changes preferred but not required
• PALS certification required
