Pain Management Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Pensacola, FL

A well-established pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing clinical team. This role offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to comprehensive pain assessment and evidence-based treatment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with acute and chronic pain
• Perform and assist with in-office pain management procedures under physician oversight
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records using the practice EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education initiatives

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with national certification
• Current, unrestricted Florida license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Master’s degree or appropriate advanced degree
• Minimum one year of experience in a pain management setting
• At least one year of experience using an EMR and performing in-office procedures
• DEA registration or ability to obtain, as required
• BLS and/or ACLS certification as required by practice standards
