A community hospital in Beverly, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join an established and collaborative anesthesia team. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

- No cardiac anesthesia required
- No neuro anesthesia required
- No pain management responsibilities
- No critical care responsibilities
- Call shared equally among anesthesiologists
- Weekday first-call shifts are approximately 13 hours
- Designated pre-call and post-call days off
- Collaborative physician and CRNA practice environment
- Community hospital setting
- Both experienced physicians and new graduates considered

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual base salary range: **$400,000 – $575,000**

Candidate Requirements:

- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
- Comfortable providing General, Regional, and OB anesthesia
- Ability to participate in an equally shared call schedule
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
