Full-Time | Outpatient Headache Medicine | Botox & Nerve Blocks | Academic Opportunities
An academic-affiliated neuroscience program in Burlington, Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist with fellowship training in Headache Medicine to provide specialized care for patients with complex headache disorders.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Headache Neurology opportunity
- Primarily outpatient specialty practice
- Treat chronic migraine
- Treat cluster headaches
- Manage secondary and other complex headache disorders
- Access to CGRP monoclonal antibody therapies
- Perform OnabotulinumtoxinA (Botox) injections
- Perform peripheral nerve blocks
- Access to neuromodulation therapies
- Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Behavioral Health
- Flexible scheduling options
- Strong clinical and administrative support
- Participate in headache-focused clinical trials and research
- Teach and mentor residents and fellows
- Academic-affiliated practice environment
- Provide a few weeks per year of inpatient Neurology coverage
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary range: **$245,000 – $325,000**
- Potential productivity incentive compensation
- Potential quality incentive compensation

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Fellowship training in Headache Medicine
- UCNS-certified Headache Medicine training preferred
- Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
- Comfortable performing Botox injections and peripheral nerve blocks
- Interest in complex headache management
- Ability to participate in limited inpatient Neurology coverage
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
