Ultrasound Tech / Echocardiography Needed in Northern VA - Near DC

A growing cardiology practice in Woodbridge, Virginia is seeking an Ultrasound Tech/ Echocardiographer to perform echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and explaining procedures, operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, capturing high-quality images, documenting results accurately, and providing preliminary findings to the cardiologists. The practice offers a wide range of cardiac services and has both interventional and non-interventional cardiologists, supported by several midlevel providers, so you'll work as part of a collaborative, patient-focused team. The practice is in Northern Virginia, within reach of the DC metro area.

The ideal candidate has completed a cardiac sonography program and holds an RDCS or RCS credential, or is certification-eligible. New graduates are welcome, and experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for working with both patients and colleagues. Salary is based on experience and skill set.
