• Four 10-hour days per week with one weekday off
• 40-hour work week with 36 hours of direct patient contact time
• Shared inpatient hospitalist coverage Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, one in every 7 - 8 weeks
• Robust outpatient clinic with embedded behavioral health and clinical pharmacy
• Panel of 18 - 20 patients per day
