Hourly rate of $270/hr + $30/hr shift differential.

$10k relocation.
$3k + 40 hours annually for CME.

New state-of-the-art ED.
New state-of-the-art neuro trauma ICU.
8,9 and 10 hour shifts available at the Levell II trauma center.
12 to 24 hour shifts available at the critical access hospitals.
