Neurosurgeon - Carbondale, IL (Two Weeks On/Two Weeks Off; $823,500/yr)

Join our medical team in Carbondale, IL as a Neurosurgeon delivering high-quality surgical care for patients with neurological disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, plan, and perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures while supporting excellent patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Schedule & workload

• Full-time schedule: two weeks on, two weeks off (183 24-hour shifts per year).

Compensation

• Guaranteed annual salary: $823,500.
• Overtime: $4,500 per 24-hour shift for any shifts beyond 183 per year.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency.

• Demonstrated proficiency across a range of neurosurgical procedures and strong operative skills.
