Pediatric Physician (Pediatrician) - Full-Time, Surprise, AZ

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Physician to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents. You will support physical health, development, and family-centered well-being while working with a collaborative team dedicated to respect, equity, and expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CPR and AED certification consistent with AHA/Red Cross standards
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS)
• Strong knowledge of pediatric clinical methods and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trusting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical record systems
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish skills
